A wrinkle is a fold, ridge or crease in the skin. Skin wrinkles typically appear as a result of aging processes such as glycation or, wrinkling in the skin is caused by habitual facial expression, aging, sun damage, smoking, poor hydration & various other factors.


  • Aging wrinkles:- In humans collagen is very stable, not regenerative. Unlike some human cells of the body that are constantly dying & replicating, collagen cells will not be repaced for around 30 years. As a result ,these old collagen cells breakdown & according to research, it is this fragmented collagen that causes wrinkles. Fragmented collagen also leads to skin tearing & bruising easier than it otherwise would.


  • Glucosaminoglycans:- GAGS are produced by the body to maintain structural integrity in tissues & to maintain fluid balance. Hyaluronic acid is a type of GAG that promotes collagen synthesis, repair & hydration.   • A good facial massage improves blood circulation,tones your skin & gives a new life to the tired & dead skins. Massage the wrinkles prone area for 10 mins, with the central part of the pineapple fruit, which is hard or with its fresh juice then wash your face using cold water. It slows down the aging aging lines.
  • Ayurveda mixture using natural honey(1/2tsp)& fresh chopped ginger (1tsp) & eat it daily at sunrise. This is one of the important home remedies.
  • You can also use the freshly prepared juices of cucumber or apple everyday on wrinkles as it is natural & effective treatment for curing wrinkles & slows down skin aging.
